General Assistance

General Assistance:

Our grants for general assistance are very modest. We always advise that you also seek additional funding.

  • We can advise you how to get the statutory funding to which you are entitled
  • We can assist you in finding the right support by signposting specific occupational funds on which you may have some claim by virtue of training or profession
  • We can assist with living expenses depending on your individual needs
  • We cannot help with living expenses if you reside outside the UK
  • We cannot help if your household savings are above £6,000 if you are under pension credit age or £10,000 if you are over pension credit age.
